At Alchemy, every dish begins with the elements.

Our food is created for sharing. For reaching across the table, for the kind of gatherings where stories spill as naturally as wine. Each plate is meant to be passed, tasted, and experienced together. Because food, at its best, is a ritual. One that connects us to the land, to each other, and to the moment we’re in.

We work closely with local growers, makers, and farmers to source ingredients that are fresh, seasonal, and deeply connected to this land. Inspired by the raw power and poetry of the elements, our chefs create instinctively - grilling over open flame, steeping wild herbs, layering textures and temperature like spells. Each dish is a reflection of place, craft, and feeling, designed not just to nourish, but to enchant.
